john donaldson - president

John Donaldson has been involved with Little League since 1993 and has been a volunteer District Administrator for Virginia District 9 since 2010. Prior to John’s role as a District Administrator he served for eight years as the Assistant District Administrator for his district. John’s Little League career also includes being a Team Manager, two years as League President at Fort Hunt Little League in Alexandria, VA and 24 years as an Umpire.

John has also served Little League at the regional and international level. He is currently serving as the Virginia State representative on the Southeastern Region Advisory Board. John has recently completed a four year appointment on the Little League International Advisory Board.

John has held jobs in the US Senate, the Commerce and Treasury Departments and has worked in international development for more than 30 years, including holding senior positions in the World Bank, from which he retired in 2010. John and his wife Jane reside in Alexandria, Virginia.

jeremey haley - vice president

Jeremy Haley has been involved with Little League since 1992 and has been a volunteer District Administrator for Georgia District 7 since 2007. Prior to Jeremy’s role as a District Administrator he served for ten years as the Umpire Consultant for his district. Jeremy’s Little League career also includes 16 years as an Umpire at Hart County (Georgia) Little League. In 2007, Jeremy had his final umpire assignment at the Little League Baseball World Series. In 2008, Jeremy and his wife received the Hart County Chamber of Commerce Golden Shovel Award for their development of a Little League Challenger Division program in their local community.

Jeremy has also served Little League at the regional and international level. Jeremy has served on the Little League International Advisory Board and in 2014, Jeremy received the Little League Meritorious Service Award. He is currently serving as the Georgia State representative on the Southeastern Region Advisory Board.

Jeremy resides in Hartwell, Georgia with his wife Julie and is employed as a manager of the real property division for The Gordon Law Firm, Attorneys at Law.

linda north - secretary

Linda North has been a Little League volunteer since 1985. Linda served her local league as Concession Manager for two years, Secretary for two years, Auxiliary Chair for two years and League President for three years.

Linda has served at the District level as District Administrator since 1998 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator. Linda serves on the Southeast Region Advisory Board and has served on the International Advisory Board as well as the International Board of Directors. Linda also received the Little League International Meritorious Service Award in 2007.

Travis Ellis has been involved with Little League since 1998 and has been a volunteer District Administrator for South Carolina District 2 since 2007. Prior to Travis’s role as a District Administrator he served at Summerville Little League as a Team Manager, Umpire and six years as League President.

John has served his local league as a Team Manager/Coach, League President (14 years) and an Umpire. John is also serving as the Executive Vice President of the Florida Little League District Administrators Association.

Marty Martin started volunteering with Little League in 1992 at Kiwanis Little League. Marty has served his local league as a team Manager/Coach, League President and Umpire. Marty has been a District Administrator since 2013 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for two years.  When not volunteering with Little League, Marty works in the screen printing/embroidery business.

vince scanlon - district 2

Vince Scanlon has been a Little League volunteer since 2002. Jeff served his local league as a Team Manager for four years, Umpire for two years and League President for eight years.  Vince has served at the District level as District Administrator since 2013.  When not serving his community as a Little League volunteer, Vince works in the media relations field.

Gray Little has been a Little League volunteer since 1983. Gray served his league for 10 years as the League President after serving 10 years in other board positions. Gray is currently the District Administrator for North Carolina District 2. Gray has also spent 40 years in a fifth generation family business and enjoys biking and running.

brian weseman - disttrict 3

Brian Weseman has been a Little League volunteer since 2010. Brian served his local league as a Team Manager, Concessions Manager 2 years and League President for 3 years.  Brian has served at the District level as District Administrator since 2013 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for two years. Brian is currently the Vice President of South Carolina State Little League.   When not serving his community as a Little League volunteer, Brian works in Information Technologies.

curtis jackson - district 8

Curtis Jackson has been a Little League volunteer since 1980. Curtis served his local umpire for 33 years and League President for two years.  Curtis has served at the District level as District Administrator since 2013 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for nine years. Curtis also server for 19 years as the Umpire Consultant for the district. Curtis is also the Secretary for the Tennessee Little League State Association.

tommy shelton - district 9

Tommy Shelton has been a Little League volunteer since 1980. Tommy served his local league as a Team Manager, Umpire and League President for 25 years. Tommy has served at the District level as District Administrator since 2006, after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for 16 years. Tommy served for two years as the Tennessee State Representative on the Southern Region Advisory Board.

Paul Flanagan - district 4

Paul Flanagan has been a Little League volunteer since 1990. Paul served his local league as a Team Manager for five years, Umpire for five years and League President for three years.  Paul has served at the District level as District Administrator since 1994 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for two years. Paul as also served on the Southeastern Region Advisory Committee and the Little League International Board of Directors. Paul received the Little League Meritorious Service Award and Peter J. McGovern Distinguished Service Award.

Mike vickers - district 2

Mike Vickers became involved with Little League at Madison Little League, during its first year of operation in 1970. Mike served as an umpire in the league until 1997 and then as League President from 1999-2001. He served as West Virginia Umpire Consultant from 1982-2001 and as Assistant District Administrator from 1985-2001; and is presently District Administrator for West Virginia District 2, a position he has held since October 2001. Professionally, Mike worked with Western Union out of Chicago, IL for five and half years; Beth Energy Mines for 25 years; having retired in June of 1995; and now works with the Boone County Health Department (since 1996). Additionally, Mike has been active in local school activities since 1974, serving as football scoreboard operator for Scott High School since 1977 and as a high school baseball and basketball official for 15 years.

Bob sottile - district 10

Bob Sottile has been a Little League volunteer since 1984. Bob served his local league as a Team Manager for seven years and League President for five years.  Jeff has served at the District level as District Administrator since 2006 after serving as an Assistant District Administrator for 12 years.  Bob is a retired member of the United States Naval Reserve as a Chief as well as retired from the U.S. Department of Energy as an Information Systems Manager.


Little League Representative

Jen colvin - Region Director, Southeast Region

Jen Colvin is a native of East Providence, R.I., and a graduate of the Rumford (R.I.) Little League. She has served Little League as a volunteer in a variety of capacities including, softball Coach, Umpire, Assistant District Administrator, District Administrator, and Region Tournament Director, with extensive experience coordinating region tournaments in all divisions of Little League Baseball and Softball.  She has been the Southeast Region Director since 2004 after having served as Assistant Region Director for five years.
